A well-prepared site is a site that runs smoothly. We take care of detailed execution planning, drawing and bill of quantities checks, purchasing and logistics, budget control and coordination between architect, site manager and suppliers.

Preparing a tender takes time you would rather spend on site. We analyse the tender documents, prepare a well-founded estimate, fill in the bill of quantities with unit prices and request prices from subcontractors, so that you can submit with confidence.

We facilitate lean planning meetings on site. Together with the site manager and all subcontractors, we set the planning week by week, so that bottlenecks surface early, commitments are kept and the project suffers fewer delays.

We assist owners, investors and asset managers with technical due diligence and independent technical audits and inspections of real estate, from a single building to large multi-site portfolios. Our assessments cover the building condition, based on recognized methodologies such as NEN 2767, together with HVAC, electrical, elevator and environmental aspects.

We support our clients in managing quality and safety throughout the entire construction process. Our role can include acting as a deputy landlord, coordinating quality procedures, and ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with the required standards and regulations. To achieve this, we develop and implement quality management documentation such as QMP, QCP, QIC, and method statements tailored to each project.
