Our team
Antony Dauwe, founder and managing director
Antony founded Dew & Goldflowers Projects in 2012 and brings more than 40 years of construction experience. He specializes in project management, technical audits and quality assurance, often acting as deputy landlord on large and complex projects in Belgium and abroad.
Charlotte Dauwe, partner
Charlotte joined the company in 2019 and holds a degree in interior design. She follows up construction sites, analyses tender documents and facilitates lean planning meetings, combining a designer’s eye with a practical approach on site.
